This simple premise summarizes everything we’ve learned, and guides us in everything we do — how we care for our land, how we farm, how we make wine and olive oil and the myriad other products from this magical place.
Winemaking
A single glass of Sagrantino in 1999 didn’t just compell us to start making wine — it opened our eyes to a different future, and launched us on a joyous voyage of discovery that has shaped our whole approach ever since.
